Our rental trailers are well equipped with all the comforts of home.  Complete kitchens (including microwaves), refrigerators, central heat & air conditioning all offer a cozy environment for families looking to get away from it all without leaving it all behind!

For those who enjoy outdoor camping activities, each campsite has a fireplace and picnic table.  Our rental trailers also have large awnings so you can sit outside but be protected from the sun (or rain).

Cabin Rental Rates
         $50 per Night            
 $180 Holidays (3 night min.)

Our rustic cabin rental has 4 twin bunk beds.  There is a fireplace & picnic table on the campsite and plenty of room if you would like to bring along a grill.  Bathrooms, showers, & laundry facilities are nearby and easily accessible.  Water & electricity is provided on the campsite as well.

If you would like to bring along a small TV (13" generally fits best), free cable television is provided in our rentals.

RENTAL POLICIES
In addition to the standard campground rules and policies, the following applies to our on-site rentals:

* 50% deposit is required within 5 days of the date a reservation is made
* CANCELLATIONS more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.  A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for cancellations 7 - 30 days prior to check-in.  Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund.
* Trailer rentals are subject to 6% Connecticut tax
* Cabin rentals are subject to 12% Connecticut tax
* $200 Cash Security/Cleaning Deposit is due at check-in for all rental trailers.  Deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out subject to inspection of rental condition.
* $50 Cash Security/Cleaning Deposit is due at check-in for rental cabin.  Deposit is refunded within 7 days of check-out subject to inspection of rental condition.
* Rental fee is for 1 family (parents & unmarried children living at home) or 4 adults.
* 2 night minimum is required (3 night minimum for holiday weekends)
* CHECK-IN TIME for all rentals is 4 p.m.
* CHECK-OUT TIME for all rentals is 10 p.m.
* No smoking or pets will be allowed in rentals
* Tents or other RVs are not allowed on rental sites
* We reserve the right to substitute a unit with a similar floor plan and accommodations if necessary  *Prices subject to change
